By purchasing a frame from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to provide clarity, transparency, and ensure a smooth transaction.

1.⁠ ⁠Product Description
Each product is:
•⁠  ⁠Handcrafted in Australia using high-quality materials and traditional framing techniques.

•⁠  ⁠Features authentic vintage playing cards, selected for their uniqueness and visual appeal.

•⁠  ⁠Includes glass glazing to protect the artwork and provide a premium finish.

•⁠  ⁠Sold as-is — no customisation or card selection is available. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and listed individually.

Please note: Minor signs of wear or ageing may appear on the vintage cards. These are part of the piece’s charm and are not considered defects.

2.⁠ ⁠Payment
•⁠  ⁠Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

•⁠  ⁠All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.

•⁠  ⁠Accepted payment methods include [credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.].

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery
•⁠  ⁠We ship via Australia Post.

•⁠  ⁠A flat shipping rate of $11.50 AUD applies to all orders.

•⁠  ⁠Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days within Australia.

•⁠  ⁠Tracking will be provided once the item has shipped.

•⁠  ⁠We take great care in packaging, but we are not liable for delays or damage caused during transit. However, we will assist you with any shipping claims through Australia Post if necessary.

•⁠  ⁠If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description.
